Agency : Standard developed an original series TV pitch showcasing the unique community-centric Venice Beach-based gym, DEUCE Gym.
CONCEPT: Gyms are weird places. But not this gym. Because everyone who joins is a student who comes to be coached. The students come from all walks of life and train side-by-side – from Olympic and pro athletes, world-famous chefs, Venice parents, to business people, and former addicts and felons. Everyone who enters this place does so with reverence as they personally and collectively pursue the gym’s mission to Hold the Standard.
A story that deserves to be told, Agency : Standard designed the series to explore the gym’s model for development (Performance, Community and Lifestyle) through its founder, Logan Gelbrich, coaching staff, and unique student base, all on a gritty Venice Beach backdrop.
